Returns

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned due to safety and quality control standards associated with research materials.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned after the 10-day return period

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
